Naturally, any museum with a substantial collection of historical or contemporary fashion will include purses, shoes, fans, hats, jewelry, and other accessories that accompany the fashionably dressed figure. But these museums are unique in that they focus solely on one particular type of item, and it is nice to see them rounding out the study of all aspects of dress.
